Peter is mixing a small, test batch of paint to make a lavender color. He uses 3/5 qt of red, 1 qt of blue and 2/5 qt of white. He wants to make a larger batch with the same ratios using 15 qts of blue. How much red and white must he add so that the large batch is the same color as the test batch
