Bed rails that extend the entire length of the bed are prohibited, unless :
1) The Resident Insists
2) The Administrator determines it's for the Resident's Care
3) The Resident is on Hospice Care and has a Hospice Care Plan that specifies the Need for Full Bed Rails
4) Any of the Above
