360 degrees/8 = 45 degrees or
2 radians/8 = 1/4 rads

7/8 of a circle would then be:

45 degrees * 7 = 315 degrees or
1/4 rads *7 = 1.75 radians

in radians this is 315 * pi / 180 =  5.50 radians to nearest hundredth
