Let the numbers be x-1,x+1

(x-1)(x+1)=111+3(x-1+x+1)

x^2-1=111+6x

x^2-6x-112=0

x^2-14x+8x-112=0

x(x-14)+8(x-14)=0

(x-14)(x+8)=0

x=14,-8

numbers are 14-1,14+1 or 13,15

when x=-8

numbers are -8-1,-8+1 or -9,-7
