On a coordinate plane, point A is located at (7,4), and point B is located at (-8,4). What is the distance between the two points?

The distance formula is d=\sqrt{(x_{2}, x_{1})^{2} +(y_{2}, y_{1})^2

7=x1

4=y2

-8=x2

4=y2

Just plug in the missing values into the equation and solve the equation :)
