False

Interjections do not have to be used to demonstrate extreme emotion. They can be used to demonstrate any level of emotion. Some interjections that show extreme emotion could be Excellent! Yahoo! Aw shucks!. However, an interjection such as "huh" used at the end of a sentence doesn't exude extreme emotion. It just shows a feeling of confusion. Also, the interjection "Shhhh!" does not demonstrate loud volume or extreme emotion. Instead it demonstrates urgency.
