150N pack

Required:

 Height you lift the bookbag

Solution:

Work = mg

Where m is the mass, g is the gravity

200J = m(9.8 m/s2)

M = 20.41 kg

 

potential energy = mgh

where h is the height

150N = (20.41kg)(9.8 m/s2)h

h = 0.75 m
