[tex]Y=\frac{1}{2} x+2[/tex]

Since the y=intercept can be defined at X=0 (or the Vertical Line). So, Y = 0.

Slope is 1/2 since you can use the find the slope formula with only two points from the line: example (2,3) and (0,2)

[tex]\frac{2-3}{0-2} =  \frac{-1}{-2} =  \frac{1}{2}[/tex]


Therefore the equation is: [tex]Y=\frac{1}{2} x+2[/tex]
