Find the area of the rectangle in the center which is 145 * 80 = 11,600 then think if the two triangles on each side are the same size you could put them together making them a rectangle so all you have to do is multiply 80 * 40(I found 40 by subtracting 225 - 145 which gives you 80 which only means the total base of each triangle so divide by two because there is two then..) = 3,200 then add it all up giving 14,800
