2x-y=1 and 3x=y-6,
y=2x-1 and y=3x+6,
y=2x-1 and 2x-1=3x+6,
y=2x-1 and 3x-2x=-1-6,
x=-7 and y=-14-1
x=-7 and y=-15

check:
for x=-7 and y=-15:
2x-y=1 is -14-(-15)=1 is 1=1 ok
3x=y-6 is -21=-15-6 is -21=-21 ok

answer:
lines intersect at (-7;-15)
