NEED TO KNOW ASAP FOR A PROJECT

So I pre-recorded a sound on a voice recording app and I need to know how to put that sound over a video. Is there an app i can use? Please help

If you have an iPhone, you can use iMovie

Try WeVideo on your chromebook if you have one. You can put the video on a different layer and the sound on a different layer on top of the video so it blurred the sound of the video. Hope it helps!
