As the exercise briefly describes, Neosharmanism focuses on the individual as a self help, a tool, to improving one's life. This system was developed by individual practitioners that, most probably, took or borrowed ideas from different cultures or folklores. This system aims to improve the practitioner's life, where as the traditional sharmanism that aims to interact with the spiritual world to channel those energies into our world.
