P(x) = x^4 + 9x^3 - 9x + 2
Given: P(-2)
plug -2 in for x and solve

P(-2) = x^4 + 9x^3 - 9x + 2
P(-2) = (-2)^4 + 9(-2)^3 - 9(-2) + 2
P(-2) = 16 + 9(-2)^3 - 9(-2) + 2
P(-2) = 16 - 72 - 9(-2) + 2
P(-2) = 16 - 72 + 18 + 2
P(-2) = -56 + 18 + 2
P(-2) = -38 + 2
P(-2) = -36

-36 is the answer
