So your inequality is 4/3 < (-8/3)(y)
To solve for this, you have to multiply both side by (-3/8) to reduce the (-8/3) in the y side.
Remember, when multiply by a negative, flip the sign.
(-8/3) x 4/3<(-8/3)y x (-3/8)
-32 > y
