Arjun is a psychology student. He attempts to replicate Hermann Ebbinghaus's work on forgetting. In his experiment, Arjun decides to read the first 10 pages of a book. If Arjun were to try and remember what he read in the first few pages of the book a couple of hours later, what is he most likely to find?
According to Ebbinghaus' theory, the more time that passes, the more information you forget. So the more hours that wen by since the initial reading, the more Arjun would forget.
