angle CBE = angle EBD

Step-by-step explanation:

Angles CAB and BCA are equal because their opposite lengths are equal

angle CBE = angle BCA

(Alternate angles)

angle EBD = angle CAB

(corresponding angles)

Since angles CAB and BCA are equal,

angle CBE = angle EBD

Which means BE divides the angle DBC into two equal angles. Hence BE bisects the angle DBC
