Answer:

(f-g)(x) = f(x) - g(x)

= 2x - 4 - (x² + 3)

(f-g)(x) = -x² + 2x - 7

(f•g)(x) = 2g(x) - 4

= 2(x² + 3) - 4

fg(x) = 2x² + 6x - 4
