12K +2 < 12

12K < 10

K < 10/12

K < 5/6

so 5/6 = 0,83

k=3/4 than 3/4 = 0,7 so 0,7 is less than 0,83 from this result that k=3/4 is a solution of the inequality so this is true

hope helped
