"Schools" already has an "s" on the end of it since it's plural, so in order to make "schools" possessive simply add an apostrophe at the end.

To make schools possessive you can either add an apostrophe to make it “school’s ” or “schools’ ”. The only difference is school’s is possessive for when something belongs to only ONE school & schools’ is possessive for when something belongs to multiple schools.
