xintercept is where the line crosses the x axis and where y=0
yintercept is where the line crosses the y axis and where x=0

so
xint is
0=6x+13
minus 13 oth sides
-13=6x
divide by 6
-13/6=x
xint is x=-13/6 or the point (-13/6,0)

yint
set x=0
y=6(0)+13
y=13
yiint is y=13, or the point (0,13)

xint is (-13/6,0)
yint is (0,13)
