Thank you for posting your question here. The question seems to be unclear. A function is a relation in which each element of the domain is paired with exactly one element of the range. When x = 0, y = 1 and y = 6. So, this relation is not a function. SOLUTION: This is a function because no vertical line can be drawn so that it intersects the graph more than once.
