Answer:

h(x) = f(x) + g(x)

fill in the equations

h(x) = (2x^3 + 1) + (x^2 - 4x + 3)

h(x) = 2x^3 + 1 + x^2 - 4x + 3

combine like terms

h(x) = 2x^3 + x^2 - 4x + 4
