Answer:

∠s + ∠y are complementary

∴ ∠s + ∠y = 90°

∠s = 4(∠y ) -100

s + y = 90

4y - 100 + y = 90

5y = 90 + 100

5y = 190

y = 38

Ans: y = 38°
