need help with converting yields! (culinary)

yield = 10 , new yield = 5

sour cream- 4cups
sugar,brown,soft - 3cups
cinnamon- 1/2 teaspoons

what are the new measurements?
and can you explain how you got your answer so i can do the rest on my own.
