I believe, that they are parallel because they both have 90° angles meaning that the other angle has to be 90° as well. I dont really know how to explain it but they are both in the same position and have 90° angles im not the best with these. •So im not exactly sure if this is correct though.
-They also have corresponding and congruent angles that do match up, so yes they are parallel to eachother
