A) show that the 3rd term of the sequence is 36

a) 3^2(3+1) = 9 x 4 = 36

b)

if the number is even, then its square is even, same goes for odd but its square is odd

n+1 is odd for a even number and vise versa

as long as there's one even number when you times, the answer is even

odd: odd x even

even: even x odd
