y= 2/3x + 5/3

y1-y = m(x-x1) is point-slope; I think it wants you to solve for an equation for y.

To do so, we simplify.

3(y-1) = 2x + 2

Distribute the 3(y-1)...

3y-3 = 2x + 2

Add like terms

3y = 2x + 5

Divide by 3 to isolate y

y= 2/3x + 5/3
