The New Deal was the best plan to help America's poor. The New Deal was a plan that sought out to reduce taxing and reduce government spending. By reducing taxes this would put more money back in the pockets of Americans. Those Americans with lower taxes, especially the wealthy would be able to stimulate the economy with their savings and help the poorest Americans.
