I want to make sure that nurses roatate patients because one patient may be realy crazy and might be not wanting to take his medication or trying to run away or screaming really loudly so the nurses won’t be stuck with him for the rest of the week and to make sure they are not understaffed and make sure they switch in or out of breaks
