Well food has to do a lot with culture so a food that’s weird to you maybe normal to a different culture. With that said i think eggs are so weird man , like who just said it was okay to eat something that a chicken pushed out, i thing dairy is weird because who just found out humans can drink, and gelatin like just look up what it was made out of back then and now.
