Taking the sum from k = 1 to k = 4

Sum = (1-5-3) + (4-10-3) +(9-15-3)+(15-20-3)

Sum = (-7) + (-9) + (-9) + (-8)

Sum = -33

Hence the sum of the given expression is -33
