n = 0.932

we know , any fraction in the form of
P/Q where P and Q are natural number and Q ≠ 0

now, you think how 0.932 get a fraction number ??
when we multiply with 1000 .
now ,
n × 1000 = 0.932 x 1000
n x 1000 = 932
here n = 932/1000 just like fraction .

so, we multiply both sides with 1000
so, option (c) is correct
