I believe it is A.1/3 because there are 3 letters, so that is automatically the denomitor. And there is only 1 letter chosen in this problem so that would be 1/3. To convert that to a percentage or to put it in decimal form, it would be this: 
Percentage: 33.3%
Decimal Form: .3

The probability of a then b is 1/2^2=1/4

The probability of b then a is 1/2^2=1/4

Then the probability of a then b OR b then a is 2*(1/4)=1/2
