Hey there!

The role is very important because if incorrect information or no information at all are put on the medical record, something very bad could happen to the patient. There is a chance that the patient might be allergic to something and the nurse/doctor gives it to them and possibly might kill them. So no matter what you always need to keep up to date and correct information on your medical record.

Hope I was able to help!
