Fill in x=19 and you get:

Just replace x by 19==> f(19) = 3/(19+2) - √(19-3) ==> 3/21 - √16

3/21 - √16 = 3/21 - 4 . Reduce to same denominator f(19) =- 81/21 or -27/7
