that depends on the context.

if the meaning is e.g. to keep doing thing the way you were doing them, it would be "stick to your usual ways".

if the meaning is more to fasten/mount/glue something on something else, then you could say "stick it on something".

but as you can see, it would be "stick it on". and not "stick on it".

you could say "stick with it".

and there is a phrase "step on it" for requesting to go faster (typically in a car).
