Why are nh3 and ch3nh2 no longer nucleophiles when they are protonated?

because they are no longer attracted to electron - poor reaction sites , and because they reverse their dipole moments , also they lost molecular geometry that enables nucleophilicity which no longer have a lone pair of electrons.
