Sylvia is investing time and energy in training and educating employees on how to be better employees and follow the methods and procedures of the work place in order to be the most effective employees in that given workplace. Examples of training may include proper communication procedures, how to use certain interoffice communications, clarify work place expectations of responsibility and other similar methods and procedures to improve the effectiveness of the employees within the workplace.
