The radius of a circle is 9 inches. What is the measurement of the area?

The formula for area of a circle is A=pi r squared. 

therefor you will do 3.14 (because its pi) multiply by 9 (the radius) and then square the radius.


      A= 3.14x9squared

    A=254.34

   So the answer is 254.34
