Observational learning describes when animals learn by watching or listening to others of their species.
Observational learning refers to that type of learning that occurs through observing the behavior of others. It is a form of social learning which takes various forms, based on various processes. In human beings, this type of learning requires a social model for instance: parent, sibling, friend, or teacher with surroundings.
