First we shall convert those millions to complete number.

We know 1 million is 1,000,000

So 134.8 millions shall be

= 134.8 × 1,000,000

= 134,800,000

Now we shall convert this to the standard form.

As there are 8 digits after 1, we shall have 8 as the exponent of 10 in the standard form

So

134,800,000

= 1.348 × [tex] 10^{8} [/tex]

134.8 million in standard form is 1.348 ×[tex] 10^8 [/tex]
