Hello!

To find the circumference of a circle you use the equation

[tex]C = 2 \pi r[/tex]

C is circumference
r is radius

Put in the values we know

[tex]C = 2 *\pi *3 \frac{1}{4} [/tex]

Multiply the 2 and the 3 1/4

[tex]C = 6.5 \pi [/tex]

The answer is [tex]C = 6.5 \pi [/tex]

Hope this helps!
