Hello!

You put -2 in for x and 4 in for y

[tex] [tex]3(-2)^{-5} (1)[/tex] [/tex]

Anything to the power of 0 is 1

[tex] -2^{-5} = \frac{-1}{-32} [/tex] or -0.03125

[tex]3 * \frac{-1}{-32} *1 = \frac{-3}{-32} or -0.09375 [/tex]

Hope this helps!
