Do 2 planes intersect at a point all the time?

No, they can just not intersect, like if you had two pieces of paper, think of them as planes, one can be above the other, aka parallel, so they never intersect.
planes can also intersect as lines.
by the way, i assume the question is about how 2 planes can intersect.
